숙대입구역에서 후암동 쪽으로 걸어가 만나는 야스노야 본점은 양고기를 중심으로 저녁을 풀어가는 곳이에요. 눈앞의 불판 위에서 고기와 대파, 양파가 함께 익어가는 장면부터 식욕을 끌어올리는데요...!
노릇하게 익은 양고기는 큼직한 결 사이로 윤기가 돌고, 와사비를 살짝 올리면 고기의 진한 맛이 좋았어요. 겉면을 진하게 구운 양고기 패티는 갈라진 단면이 촉촉하고, 고기와 맞닿은 밥의 눌린 부분까지 고소하더라고요.
